We copied your username and token, tested it locally on Windows and Linux, and found an issue with saving reel thumbnails. We resolved it and tested it again with your same token and username. For verification purposes, we also created a reel on our account, and it worked perfectly with both systems; all thumbnails were cached, not from the CDN.

However, if you continue to experience the problem after updating, you can uninstall the module if it's not working for you.

I assume you haven't created an override, have you?

Today we checked and all the images are in your site's cache. You also had an override to create vertical images (we discovered this yesterday when checking the image dimensions). You need to update your override with each module update.

its all good now :) thank you very much.
yes i deleted my overwrite.. sadly ... have to figure it out what it was... those images are never square.. so its necessary.. :D maybe i can rebuild it.. we will see :) thank you.
