The version for Joomla 3 is not available, because the new version uses modern technologies like SP page builder, Helix Ultimate 2 and bootstrap 5.

But we can find a solution to your problems, for which you can explain to us where you have that problem to identify if the problem is with Joomla 4, an extension, the template or a piece of code.

Guessing, if installing the quickstart package was fine and then installing the Phoca Menu module failed, then the problem is with that module. If the problem occurred right after installing the quickstart package, it may be because unzipping the files didn't go all the way.

In the editor there is a padlock press on it and then you can write the confidential data. Above the editor there is also a message about how to send sensitive data here.

Apparently the files were corrupted, I've tried to access via FTP but it can't, apparently the password is wrong.

I have entered the Joomla panel and I can tell you that the problem you have with htaccess is because your server is not Apache, your server is Litespeed. You have to contact your hosting provider to help you configure htaccess in lightspeed, they are the ones indicated because they have the experience and they are the ones who manage the server and know what modules they have activated.

Joomla 4's htaccess is different from Joomla 3's, it now has other options to make the site faster, possibly that's what's causing the problem.

TITLES
There are several title styles, you can use one of them too.

But if what you want is to change only the icon, follow these steps:
1 create a file called custom.css in this file you can do all the css modifications you want.
2. inside custom.css paste the following code .title-7.sppb-section .sppb-section-title .sppb-title-heading:after, .title-7.sppb-addon .sppb-addon-title:after {content: "\UNICODE_OF_YOUR_ICON" !important;}
To get the UNICODE_OF_YOUR_ICON of the icon you want you must visit fontawesome.com page, find your icon and copy the unicode which normally looks like f170.
3. Upload custom.css to the template's css folder /ut_yome/css/custom.css

Now you will have the title with new icon.

To change your language you must go to: Administrator >> System >> Language Overrides, Select your language >> press button New >> in Language Constant field paste next constants (1 by 1) and in Text field the value in your language, then press Save & New for continue with next constant.
