Hello,

Could please kindly point me to where the "Featured" label can be changed or translated?

I looked in the Joomla language files but could not discover it.

Hello.
To translate Featured into your language go to Administrator >> System >> Manage >> Language Overrides >> Select your Language & client (site) >> New and create a new translation text for the constant HELIX_ULTIMATE_FEATURED
