Littles - mess with the menu

Hey, I just bought the template Little and it made a mess of my website!
I can't figure out how to put that menu at the top, it is sticky and resolutely stuck in the middle of the page. Here is a direct access to show you:

guerisoeur.com/Vitalisense/en

I haven't been able to figure out the menu position in the template itself:

Any thoughts on how to fix this mess to make it look like a readable site ?

Thanks

Hi, these advanced templates based on Helix Ultimate don't use menu positions.
What you need to do is deactivate the menu modules that are published in the menu position. Then, in Helix, under the template style you're using, go to Menu and select your menu.

In your screenshot, I also saw a module that isn't a menu type; that's what's causing the menu position to shift. Deactivate that or customize it to prevent that shifting.

Regards.

Thank you. I think I will reinstall from scratch with the quick start -  I thought to install the template would be enough, but there are lots of conflicts with the standard cassiopeia template.
Also, can you tell me which module you are talking about - the one you saw that makes my menu shift?

Now, from the desktop, the module we mentioned appears to be the submenu elements. This disappears when you deactivate the menu module. And as I mentioned, the menu is selected from the Helix template style.

Currently, I'm not sure which template is being used on the public side.

If you have a lot of content to maintain on your existing site, you can install only the templates and extensions. However, you should also install the quickstart in a separate folder or on localhost so you can export the SP Page Builder pages or template style settings, and then import them into your existing site. The documentation explains how to export and import both SP Page Builder pages and Helix settings.
