Littles Template - Extension Page Builder

Good morning, I purchased a template called Kindergarten & Preschool Joomla Template, which included an extension called Page Builder. I updated it and it seemed to work until I tried to save the changes to a page, when I got the following error:

Call to a member function get() on null

I tried looking at the forums on the plugin creator's website, but the forums that came up did not solve any problems because it seems to be a different problem for each user. I do not have an account with them for the extension I purchased, but I do have one with you. I wanted to know what I can do about this.

Hello, to resolve this issue, we need access to your site. For this reason, please write to us in the chat so you can provide your login details privately.

We'll check if the error is caused by one of our addons, an SP Page Builder addon, or whatever is causing the problem, but to do so, we need access.

Regards

I will send an imgur with the steps to reproduce the problem. It won't let me save. Should I also add access to the database?

The username and password don't match. If you're using a translator, try entering the password directly here in the editor, not in the translator.
No is need database access for now.

Hi, I've done some quick checks. This needs further investigation because it seems the problem isn't being caused by the template, by our addons, or even by SP Page Builder itself.

The problem seems to be with the hosting or how it's configured. This error is a 500 error, which is a response from the hosting. Please contact them so they can review it because they have those records. Who is your hosting provider?
On the other hand, I've seen that you're using PHP 8.4. If possible, downgrade it to 8.3. SP Page Builder may still be having issues with PHP 8.4.
Also, ask your host about their rules for Iframes.

How long have you been having this problem? Because I see that you've created pages and added content.

For testing, I created a new page without adding anything to the front-end editor. I pressed save and got a 500 error.

The problem seems to be related to hosting restrictions or htaccess, because when creating content using the back-end editor, it works. As you can see, I updated SP Page Builder to the latest version and tried to install the Joomla update, but I'm getting the error I'm sharing here imgur.com/pMxQxJd

The first thing is to rule out htaccess and hosting issues. Depending on your hosting provider's response and the htaccess check, we'll perform more extensive testing on this issue.
