I am trying to edit a text module using sp page building home page design but I am getting the error that is attached

I think we need more details, we can't guess. For example, you say a Text Module, I think you are referring to a text addon. Joomla modules are one thing and SP Page Builder Addons another thing.

Now that you know, can you confirm if it is an addon or a module? Send us links or screenshots of where the addon or module you are trying to edit is located?

We also need information about the environment such as PHP Version, Joomla, SP Page Builder, Mysql, Server

If the error occurs when trying to edit the addon in the Backend editor, try editing using the frontend editor, developers are more focused on the frontend editor. If it doesn't work, send us the access as confidential data.
