Hello,

Tienda template Home page OptIn form  subscribe not working . I installed AcyMailing component and I configured it correctly in SP page builder .
 

What could be the problem?

Yes, the component is installed and configured. I tested, and I realized that the error is present only when recaptcha is turned on.
(recaptcha confiured well, because on conact form working.)

Hello.
If the form is flat, instead of using Optin addon you can try publishing the acymaling module and then upload it to SP Page Builder using the Module addon. If it works then there is a bug in the addon.
