Hi there
That depends, for example if you are going to use the sidebar your logo should not be more than 236px and the height should be according to the composition of the design so that it does not look distorted. If you are going to use the horizontal Header, the height should not be greater than the default height of the header at 90px, (although you can reduce or increase this Helix) and the width should be according to the composition of your design. Your brand also has a lot to do with it, perhaps you already have a logo.
