If your site is a single language, you just have to click on the STAR on the right side (below the Home column) of the menu item you want as default.

If your site is multi-language: remember that a multi-language site has a default menu item for each language and one for the entire site that must be established in all languages.
If you want to set home version 2 by default for a specific language, do the following: Edit the menu item, on the sidebar in Default page Set to Yes, in Language select the Language.
This is more explained in the answer to your other question, please check.

Hello,
As mentioned above, I want to use Home Version 2 (Home Two) as the default home page.
Ihave set the Home Two as default home page but the star mark on Home cannot be changed (see: prnt.sc/qh4658 )
Could you please advise me how to remove the star from Home and make Home Two as my default home page.
Thank you very much.

I still do not understand how you have 2 menu items by default in the same menu, in addition to both assigned in all languages. From the joomla manager it is impossible; because when you click on the star of the menu item to assign it by default automatically the other one becomes a normal menu item.

A menu item that is assigned by default for the site cannot be unpublished or deleted.

From our assumption you are assigning menu items by default from the database or you are not correctly configuring a multi-language site.
Please read all the articles listed on the sidebar of the next page. docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Setup_a_Multilingua...talling_New_Language
