Hello. In my blog, I published Construction template overview ( aleksius.com/joomla/shablony/shabloni-joomla-4-na-russkom ) and a video review in russian. In the video, I showed how to use the template settings. You can also find there a link to a package with the russian language for the Construction template and Helix Ultimate framework .
