It is a bug of previous versions that comes with quickstar, it is necessary to make modifications in the database, if you can do it we can tell you, otherwise send us the version of SPPB that you had installed, and the ID of the component of administrator SP Page Builder, you can see this in System >> Manage >> Extensions >> search by SP Page builder. You can send us by mail or here as confidential data.

Please access to FTP and remove administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php then refresh.
