How can I add Icons / Favicons for Apple / Android an other Devices? Add code in Head? which directory?

If I understand correctly, this should work:
Go to System >> Site Template Styles >> ut_barbon - All Styles that you using >> Template Options button >> Custom Code tab >> Before </head> paste following code changing your icon image path:
