In the module, you have the Main News category selected, and it's published for the Committee and Rules menu items. This means you want to display Main News articles in those menu items, right?

For the module to display articles from one category in another, it needs to be in Normal mode. You had it in Dynamic mode. In Dynamic mode, it only displays articles from the category in which the module is displayed. That's why Committee articles are shown in the Committee menu, and Rules articles are shown in the Rules menu.

Based on this explanation, I've changed the mode to Normal.

Regarding displaying images: the module can't create custom images because your articles don't have full images. That's why, in the Layout Builder tab >> Image Size, I selected Intro - From Article. This applies to both the main and secondary items.

To get a copy of the Default demo, you can make a copy of the unpublished module, select the category, publish it to the menu items you want (Committee and Rules), then in the Layout Builder tab >> Image Size fields (2), select Intro - From Article. Keep in mind, however, that it won't look exactly the same because it requires images of different sizes, and the module crops them if a Full Image exists; it will now display the Intro Image.

That module is there, but it's deactivated. Filter by module type and you'll find that module. Just make a copy, publish that copy, and in that copy, select your category and "Intro - From Article" as the images.

I also mentioned that you need to select "Intro - From Article" in the Image Size field. This is because your articles only have intro images.

In that case, the problem isn't the module. Check your articles, category, menu items, etc., because, for example, this link ardalnorthern.co.uk/index.php/league-committee/llll-2 isn't generated by the module.
