Ordered minor template change - paid - Cannot get response from Unitemplates

Ordered a template change a few days ago and sent my requirements to service@unitemplates as well as info@unitemplates... Twice... Have not received any response. Tried your chat interface 3 times, nobody ever answers.

How can I find out the status of the order?

We have sent you 2 emails from info@ and service@ same day you pay service, please check your inbox or spam folder. We make changes which you request, but now we in vacations we back 12 January 2022.

Yes and I sent the information about what I wanted then heard nothing from unitemplates.
