Hello,
I have a joomla 4.4.14, PHP 8.1.34, with Reto template but i can't make the update of the template and the system - helix ultimate framework update doesn't show.
I bought the template few years ago with theme forest.
How can i make this work ? Do i have to update the PHP version ?

Hello.
We don't know which version of the template you're using. If you're not seeing updates for Helix Ultimate, please go to the Update Manager and click the "Check For Updates" button. This has nothing to do with the PHP version. What you should plan for is migrating to Joomla 5 (if you're using Virtuemart) or Joomla 6 if you're not using Virtuemart. Joomla 4 is no longer supported or receives security patches.
A new version of the template will be available in a few days. You can update from ThemeForest, or if your support period has expired, you can purchase it directly here.
Updates for paid products are mostly manual; you purchase, download, and install it.

I am using System - Helix Ultimate Framework 2.2.9 and UT Reto - Joomla Template 2.0.0.
I have download UT_Reto_Template_v2.5.0.zip on themeforest, i can installed it if joomla update doesn't work ?

Yes, if the Joomla updater isn't working, you can update using the installation method, which involves reinstalling the template and then updating Helix Ultimate to 2.2.10, the latest version.
Note: Reto 2.6.0, compatible with Joomla 6, will be available in a few hours.
