Hello. I am using your Binv template. I have a menu item of type "Tags » Tagged Items" test.aleksius.com/joomla/dj-classifieds .
I tried to style this page type so that it looks like the "Articles » Category Blog" page type test.aleksius.com/ .

But I would like pages like "Tags » Tagged Items" contained date, author, and "Read More" button. How can i do this? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Although it has its limitations, it is possible but requires programming and customization.

The customization is not included in the support, although we have already helped you to customize other files, but this is more complicated to be part of the support.
