UTAddons - Custom Labels for Testimonials

Hello,
I am using the UTAddons extension for the Page Builder, specifically the UT Testimonials component.
Would it be possible to customize the labels for the various testimonials in the backend? Currently, they always appear as "Item," "Item Copy," "Item Copy Copy," etc. (as shown in the attached image).
If these labels could be edited, managing the entries would be much easier.

This is a characteristic of the SP Page Builder version; typically, for items that do not use the TITLE field—such as testimonials—SP Page Builder assigns labels like Item 1, Item 2, and Item 3. At one point, this changed to "Item Copy," but in the latest version (6.8.0), it reverted to Item 1 and Item 2. It is simply an internal behavior of SP Page Builder.
