WARNING: You need to add a valid token, you must go to the APP settings on Facebook and generate a valid token then paste it in the module configuration.
I have Instagram business accounts on all the accounts I need to display. I regenerated the tokens after 60 days, but the photos aren't showing.
I also deleted the Instagram folder from the cache.
What's going on?

You need to generate a new token (regenerate it within the app) and paste that token into the module's configuration. If you have multiple modules on the same site, you need to add the new token to all of them. Then, access your site via FTP and delete the mod_ut_instagram folder. Finally, refresh the frontend where the module is displayed.

Have you verified that your GDPR is working correctly? On some sites, instead of the domain extension (.com, .net, etc.), it says gdprlock

1. The key is indeed invalid.
2. You didn't paste the complete key into the module's configuration (there can be several in one place; paste it into all of them).
3. The key wasn't cleared from the cache, so the expired key is still being sent.
4. Although I doubt it, perhaps a cache extension stored the expired key and is still sending it in the request.

I deleted the cache and manually deleted the mod_ut_instagram folder.
What's really strange is that I'm getting the same error on 4 different sites, each pointing to a different API for all business clients.
Up until two months ago, they all worked, and I updated the API every 60 days.
Everything worked fine on 4 sites for years...
The only attempt was to delete and start over...but it's no fun.

I tried deleting and recreating the Instagram test role, and then recreated the API from scratch. Nothing works.
In fact, at one point it gave this error message:
"Ruolo di sviluppatore non sufficiente: Ruolo di sviluppatore non sufficiente"
despite the tester role being correctly assigned.
I tried creating an Instagram feed with another web application, and it works fine, as you can see on this site . So, the API, etc., works properly.

Three days ago, we released a new version of our GoodNews template, which is why we also released a new version of the module. If you have consistent traffic, the module doesn't need to generate a key every 60 days; the keys are automatically regenerated.
Since we develop locally, no one visits the templates, so the key for GoodNews expired. We cleared the cache and updated the tester key for Instagram and Facebook, and we also used that same key in our online demo, which you can see here: demo.unitemplates.com/goodnews/index.php/lifestyle . Therefore, it's working normally both locally and remotely.
You mentioned that you had a response with role issues. That's why I'm telling you, the Facebook Instagram Basic API is like a house: you need a key to enter, and if you try to enter the wrong key, it will send you a message according to the key's status. Currently, it says your key is invalid, and that's because it's invalid.
I assume you're obtaining the key following the module's documentation, right? Because there's another way to get the key, which is through the Facebook API, and this key won't work in our module because they're different APIs.
I don't think we can say anything more about this, because the message isn't a module error or problem, but a message directly from Facebook's servers. You say your keys are correct, Facebook's response says they're not, so we can't guess whether it's right or wrong.
Regards.
