This module doesn't require any additional configuration, just the layout. And it should work without problems because it sends the email using mail().

Why do you say it's not working? Have you received any messages? Have you checked your SPAM folders?

What we have seen is that when we tried to send a test email, it didn't work because the browser blocked it, saying the URL wasn't secure. So we've verified that the problem only occurs on your site, not the demo, so it's not a module issue.

You can simply install, publish, and test without changing any settings. I also recommend running a test email from Joomla's Global Configuration. If you can't send emails from there, it's obvious the module won't be sent. Also, check your security settings, because the contact page is marked as insecure. You must activate SSL on your hosting and also in Joomla's Global Configuration.

The email addresses in the module configuration are not real, they must be real and exist on your hosting.
